- Your People
- Your Process
The responsibility of being in charge of so many people, processes, and sites can be a very daunting task, and it can be easy to slip into focusing on one particular issue or breakdown and lose sight of the rest of your operation. How can you be everywhere at once?
We find that planning is a Maintenance Supervisor’s best friend. Make a schedule for your day and stick to it; this way, you visit all of the sites you need to and give attention where attention is needed. It is also imperative to plan the work to be done for your team; maintenance should be planned at least a week ahead of time so you and your team can be fully prepared to accomplish the task.
